Protecting your data is very important to us at L&K GmbH. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection as well as this Data Protection Declaration.
In the following, we would like to inform you about personal data collected when using our website. Personal data are all data, which refer to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, user behaviour.
Using our website is usually possible without specifying personal data. Our server logs merely record information required in order to establish the connection, meaning your IP address, the name of the requested file, date and time of the access, transmitted data volume, the web browser used, and the name of the requesting domain. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These data can be evaluated statistically to optimise the technical and content-related quality of our website. These data are solely accessible to L&K GmbH and our hosting provider – 1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur – and will not be forwarded to any third party without your express consent.


In addition to the collection of the above-mentioned data, a cookie will be saved on your computer when using our website. In general, cookies are small text files, which are saved on your hard disc drive and can be read by the server that placed them. Cookies are unable to execute programs or introduce viruses to your computer. They help make the general internet offering more effective and user friendly.
This website only uses a transient cookie, which is automatically deleted as soon as you close the browser. The used cookie is a so-called session cookie, which saves a session ID that allows the assignment of different queries from your browser to the same session. This way your computer will be recognized when you open a sub-page.
It is possible to configure your browser settings according to your wishes and thus e.g. refuse to accept any cookies. When you contact us by e-mail, we process your data in order to fulfil your request as well as to be prepared for any follow-up questions.
In case of data processing for the implementation of pre-contractual measures per your request or in order to fulfil a contract if you already are our customer, Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis for data processing. Further personal data are only processed upon your express consent (Art. 6 (1) p. 1 a GDPR) or if we have a justified interest in processing your data (Art. 6 8a) p. 1 lit f GDPR). Such a justified interest might be answering your e-mail.

Responsible for collecting, processing, and using your personal data according to Art. 4 (7) GDPR is L&K GmbH, Frankfurter Str. 74, 64521 Gross-Gerau.
As the data subject, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Right to correction or deletion
  • Right to limitation of processing
  • Right to objection of processing
  • Right to data portability

Objection Against the Processing of Your Data

If you have given your consent for the processing of your data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. Such a withdrawal effects the legitimacy of processing your personal data as soon as expressed toward us.
Even if we process your personal data based on a balancing of interests, e.g. as regulated in Art 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b EU GDPR, you may object to the processing. In case of your objection, we will examine the situation and either terminate or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we continue the processing.
